Anna brings order and structure to a chaotic world while creating a ton of fun along the way. With experience in strategic planning, process improvement, change management, communications, and innovation, her mind never stops figuring out how to move teams from stagnation to action.

She combines her organizational superpowers with her passion for health care disruption by keeping all of the Nason Group’s balls in the air. Her frustration with the status quo in patient experience motivates her to fight for change by bringing consumers into the mix, collaborating to solve the biggest problems, and challenging assumptions through prototyping and testing.

Anna comes to the Nason Group with over 10 years of experience in the health care world and most recently as the innovation portfolio program manager of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

When taking a break from getting things done, Anna gives into her travel bug and takes off to explore the world. Her adventures lead her to visit new places and lose herself in whatever city, town, village that may be.
