About the MOFI Academy
The MOFI Academy creates immersive learning experiences that equip, inspire, and transform. More than experiential learning, immersion happens when humans form a learning community that deep dives together into intensive, multi-sensory opportunities for growth, thinking bigger, and challenging the status quo.
As mavericks in the world of professional development, here’s how we approach learning differently:
- We want you to focus on learning and growth, so our costs include housing and most meals. All you need to do is get to the immersion location and we’ll handle the rest.
- We’re an experience design firm and we practice what we preach. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you’ll see and feel our experience principles.
- Though we’ll be thrilled if you check a few boxes while you’re with us, we don’t exist to give you a certificate or take you through an outline. We want to know your specific growth goals so we can create an experience that hits them together.
- Learning is so much more than knowledge acquisition. Our learning experiences blend the head, heart, and hands with a healthy dose of self-reflection and practical application.

Policies, Terms, & Conditions
The MOFI Academy places a high priority on creating a safe learning environment for all participants. For face-to-face events, the Academy will follow all local, state, and federal guidelines. Additionally, the Academy requires either proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event.
The cancellation date for all MOFI Academy events is ten days prior to the beginning of the event. For cancellations prior to the cancellation date, event participants can receive a full refund minus the registration fee ($100 for online events; $150 for face-to-face events). No refunds are available after the cancellation date.
The MOFI Academy reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the learning event in the case that not enough participants register by the registration deadline. If the learning event is rescheduled, any participants who are not able to participate on the rescheduled dates will be given a full refund. If the learning event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund.
