This learning experience uses the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), which is a validated assessment that measures conflict behaviors. Though most conflict management courses focus on conflict styles, this experience focuses on behavior. When we understand our behaviors and what triggers them, we can better navigate interpersonal conflict.
